Wendy’s Data Breach Investigation

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is investigating Wendy’s, the nationwide chain of fast-food restaurants, for claims related to failing to properly secure and safeguard its customers’ credit and debit card information. On January 27, 2016, Wendy’s announced that it had discovered malicious software designed to steal credit and debit card data on computers that operate the payment processing systems for its restaurants.  The acknowledgment came in response to the discovery of a pattern of fraud on credit cards that were recently used at various Wendy’s locations.

If you recently used your credit or debit card to make a purchase at Wendy’s and subsequently experienced fraudulent charges on your card, our investigation may matter to you.
