school Ms. Jurmark was the recipient of the Telford
Taylor scholarship for her work at the United Nations
on the original draft text of the “crimes against
humanity” section for the Statute of the International
Criminal Court; Barnard College, Columbia
University (1995 cum laude) (A.B. in Sociology).
Ms. Jurmark heads the firm’s E-Discovery practice area, overseeing a team of attorneys, litigation
support analysts, and technical staff. Ms. Jurmark specializes in litigating complex securities fraud
cases, derivative actions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Levi & Korsinsky, Ms. Jurmark was associated with several national law firms where she
managed the E-Discovery process for large-scale commercial litigations. Prior to that, Ms. Jurmark was
an Account Executive at a premier financial and legal public relations firm. She represented partners
from American Lawyer 100 firms, hedge fund managers, and the CEO of an online foreign global
investment bank. In addition, she worked in International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation where
she managed several domestic and international cases, and successfully persuaded a large number of her
clients to settle through mediation.
Ms. Jurmark sits on the steering committee and the boards of various international and civic not-for-
profit organizations. She is currently the alumna co-president of her class at Barnard College, Columbia
University where she is involved in fundraising, public relations, and event planning for all colleges
within the university. She is an avid networking enthusiast and speaks fluent French.
