Levi & Korsinsky announces it has commenced a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased ParagonCoins (“PRG Tokens”) pursuant to the Initial Coin Offering (the “Paragon ICO”), which ran from approximately August 15, 2017 through October 16, 2017.

The complaint alleges that Paragon violated Sections 12 and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933 by engaging in interstate commerce for the purposes of offering, selling, or delivering unregistered securities.

If you purchased PRG Tokens pursuant to the ICO you have until April 2, 2018 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
