securities, and tax disputes. While at St. John’s, Mr. Holleman was the Editor-in-Chief of the N.Y.
Litigator, the journal of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar
Association. He is an Eagle Scout and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New
York County Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and U.S. Sailing.
