Kroger “Non-Drowsy” Daytime Cold and Flu products

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP filed a complaint alleging that certain products labeled as “Non Drowsy” contain one or more ingredients that are known to cause drowsiness. Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is actively investigating potential claims against Kroger relating to the presence of ingredients known to cause drowsiness in several of its “Non-Drowsy” cold and flu medicines.

These medicines contain, for example, Dextromethorphan hydrobromide (HBR), which is known to cause drowsiness. Despite that, Kroger markets its cold and flu product lines as “Non-Drowsy.”

If you purchased a “Non-Drowsy” Daytime Cold and Flu product and wish to discuss your legal rights, please contact Mark Reich, Esq. (mreich@zlk.com) or Courtney Maccarone, Esq. (cmaccarone@zlk.com) of Levi & Korsinsky, LLP.
