InnerWorkings, Inc. Information Request Form

Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has commenced an investigation into the fairness of the sale of InnerWorkings, Inc. ("InnerWorkings" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: INWK) to HH Global Group Limited ("HH Global"). Under the terms of the merger, HH Global will acquire InnerWorkings for $3.00 per share in an all-cash transaction.

The InnerWorkings merger investigation concerns whether the Board of InnerWorkings breached their fiduciary duties to stockholders by failing to adequately shop the Company before agreeing to enter into this transaction and whether HH Global is underpaying for InnerWorkings shares, thus unlawfully harming InnerWorkings shareholders.
