(1) AgEagle did not have a partnership with Amazon and in fact never had any relationship with Amazon; (2) rather than correct the public’s understanding about a partnership with Amazon, Defendants were actively contributing to the rumor that AgEagle had a partnership with Amazon; and (3) as a result, Defendants’ statements about AgEagle’s business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
In order to be eligible to join the UAVS class action lawsuit, you must have incurred a loss on shares of AgEagle purchased during the class period listed above.
If you suffered a loss in AgEagle during the relevant time frame or pursuant to the relevant offering(s), you have until April 27, 2021 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn't require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
