(2:18-cv-00103) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Giga Watt Tokens (“WTT Tokens”) pursuant to Giga Watt, Inc. and GigaWatt Pte. Ltd.’s Initial Coin Offering between approximately May 19, 2017 and July 31, 2017.

If you purchased WTT Tokens pursuant to the ICO you have until May 22, 2018 to request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff. Your ability to share in any recovery doesn’t require that you serve as a lead plaintiff.
